SHIT YOU GUYS NEED TO TALK ABOUT MORE!!!!!

So, this post has been waiting for 22 days. I don't know what to say, except my humblest apologies. That is all. To make up for it, I am just gonna insult you a whole bunch. Also, mediafire would not work. There is just nothing I can do about that.

So, I am gonna post about al these bands that people just do not talk about anymore. This will be a kind of post from now on. I am gonna start with Negligent Collateral Collapse and 324 wiht this post. We all know who they are. We all know their shit. But we just do not talk about em anymore. This infuriates me. The difference between grind and metal and hardcore and all these genres and pop music, aside form actual usage of originality and creative enterprise, DIY mentality and doing somehting for the sake of it being done other than money, is that we do not follow trends. Remember that one? Liking shit just because you like it, not cuz a whole bunch of other retards like it? Yeah, didn't think so. Let's not degenerate into cock rock. Let's not forget about bands we liked in the past. Keep shit real, man.

So NCC (short for Negligent Collateral Collapse) split up, I think, some members now play in a sub-par gore grind band called Jig-Ai, some of them are not doing anything. They were a goreish grindcore band, not very fast at all, sometimes using drum machines, sometimes using real drummer, and all of their songs were about science, mathematics, zoogeography and zoology, nanotechnology, biology, implants, nuclear physics, and of course drug abuse. I rather like them, they fucking rule, the vocals are positively inhuman.

NCC- Reprocess Segment Database Extender (an older one, really fucking cool sounding).

NCC- Sick Atoms (all the songs are about drugs).

NCC- Paranormal Nanodivision (weird one, one of my favs).

NCC- Catasexual Urge Motivation split tape (all the NCC tracks are about extinct animals. used to hate this tape, but now i love it, although CUM are still not my cup of tea, they are alright, in a cheesy sort fo way).

NCC- 28 minutes of silence (has a bunch fo extras on it, saves me from getting a hold of some of their demos and outtakes and shit. cool album as well).

VA- United States Of Goregrind (they play some classics here with drum machine, they play with Corporal Raid, who I have stated are absolutely weird, unique, technical and sloppy, Screaming Afterbirth, who I dont really like. They are great people, but this band just aint doin it for me. And Devourment, who are a slammin' death metal band).

VA- 4 Way split (Some fo the best shit ever to happen. Filth suck on this one, and in general, NCC is on top of their game, Downthroat I have never heard of, before or since, and they are alright, and CBT are on this one, who fucking suck, always).

Remember 324? Why does nobody like them anymore? Am I just hanging out wiht the wrong people? Do all of you just smoke crack? Is it too metal for you? Is it too technical? Are the riffs too weird? Do you just not get it? Who the fuck else sings like that? Better question still, who plays songs on their first demo and on their new album as well? Who has a drum solo that is 7 measures of blastbeat, one measure of roll, and then ends the song on the following note? Who has a picture disk that is a picture from high time magazine? 324, that's who. I am gonna go and get high now. You guys have some catching up, or reacquainting to do. I also wanna use this time to give a shout out to Atilla Tumor. Son, thanks for the 324, the shit you do nowadays prevents me from hangin out with you, but you are still my brother. Keep it real, son.

Melano-Post

Melanocetus Murrayi are an excellent noise-grind-harsh, totally crazy, totally authentic mindfuck of a band. They are excellent people, as I have mentioned when I posted their split with Noituus and Praia De Vomito, earlier. Well, since then, Dimitris, their guitarist has sent me like 4 Cds, 6 tapes and a 7" of their material, which I shall get to work on ripping for you guys. For right now, here are 3 CDs, as the 4th on is the one I ahve mentioned above. Much love to Mao, Dimitris and LaLa for these.

The frist one is the split between them and PTAO, a Czech noise-grind band, it is friggin amazingly good, their side is one track fo non-stop noise barrage where youc an kinda pick out the instruments, but its really really just gut wrenching garbage noise. PTAO side has a long rehearsal jam sort of thing, not the best in my opinion, although incredibly tight. After that are 40 songs in 2 and a half minutes, that one i like much more, and then 4 songs in one and a half minute, that shit is the best.

Here is also the split between Final Exit and PTAO. I am only putting this up because it is so fucking awesome. Final Exita re a rcok and roll influenced noise grind, harsh band. Totally uniue, but obviously Japanese. Very good stuff, and PTAO side is also very strong. Uncountable amounts of short tracks.

Next up is their split with Vulgar Nausea. The Melanocetus side is basicaly white noise, with really low, distorted vocals, and a washing machine or something in the background. Cool intro stuff as well, one long track of total noise, the drums are not very audible on this one, and the drums are always pretty quiet with this band, but here they are mostly indistinguishable form the rest of the background noise. Vulgar Nausea side is similar to Napalmed and other such power electronics things. Its really hit or miss, if you like that sort fo thing, you will like them for sure. Very experimental, off the grid type of shit.

The last tidbit is the Harsher Than Life 4 way, which is a toss up between Potabilizadora, Melanocetus Murrayi, Funeral Mongoloids and Colico. Potabilizadora are a sort of techno influenced harsh noise band, with gameboy stuff and interesting samples, also something that sounds like a guitar, but mostly white noise and harsh bursts of feed back. The melano side is even more fucked up and lurking and bestial than their usual efforts. on this one it is particularly harsh, the vocals are a little bit more human, but still very far from it. It sounds like deep sea creatures fucking up a sound studio. Funeral Mongoloids seems to be harsh noise with drums and screaming over it. There is also a lot of intros of a dude speaking what I presume to be Swedish. Also, they remind me a lot of Deche-Charge. Colico is really weird, they have like samples but also grind, and are sort of nicely recorded, its just strange.

So yeah, more like that once i feel good enough to go over to Marci's to rip tapes. Right now I am ill from standing in the cold for 40 days. Also, my vinyl rips are coming along, but they still suck, but soon this will be a problem of the past.

Israel, The Holocaust, And Absolute Moral Truth

Is there such a thing as an absolute moral standard? If there is, who gets to say what that moral standard is? Who gets to make it up, and where are they getting their information from? If there isn’t one, does that mean that one can do anything, or that one is never held accountable for one’s actions? If not, than by what measurement do we judge a person’s actions and set up the rules necessary for social functioning and living together?

Do we even need to set one up, aside from the arbitrary one of not killing each other for just as long as it takes for us to use each other to survive, or is their something a little bit deeper than that? Is it just hormonal/emotional? If it exists, is it universal? Does being from a different culture give you the right to kill another human being? Are there acts that absolutely everyone must always refrain from all of the time, or is there a time and place for everything?

These musings, some might say are fruitless, are what take up a large amount of my headspace. It is important that you answer all of these questions for yourself, by yourself, with as little outside influence as possible.

The next topic I wanna deal with is genocide. Not just in an abstract way, but concretely about "the" holocaust.

The Jews, after having suffered the fate they did in the hands of Europeans for hundreds of years, and even before that for millennia, finally got a homeland. The final reason was the killing and deporting of millions of them in Europe, in what is known as the Holocaust. That homeland is on a site where at the time very few Jews lived, but many believed was assigned dot them by God, the God of the Bible, Yahweh, the jealous God. To get there, Britain gave them the land, which they did not rightfully own. Many other people, considered even today subhuman by the powers backing the now formed Israeli government, live there, have proof of having lived there for thousands of years, and not religious proof, “God told us about it” sort of proof. After having gotten there, they are now submitting the people of that land to a Holocaust.

I do not believe in the legitimacy of the Israeli government. There are three main reasons for that, all of them having to do with the questions posted above.

1) If you are saying that these people deserve a homeland, and it must be protected at all costs, even if it is causing other people a genocide, then you immediately fall into the category of being a) a racist or b) someone who believes that suffering is measured in scales, like wheat or barley. Both of these things are dumb, unless you can say that the price of the starvation and death of one Jewish child is the equivalent to x amount of Palestinian children, or one for one. In which case Israel should have been abolished, because more then 6 million have died as a result of Israeli occupation since the 50’s.

2) The piece of land in question is sought to be the holy land by a certain understanding of the Bible, which talks about place names that we are not sure where to put on our lands, and in increments that we do not understand, such as the cubit. We know that the Bible is not a legitimate source of geography. We know that it is not a legitimate source for history. We know that basing your claim to a piece of land based on the Bible should not hold ANY weight in ANY international court.

3) Theocracies, including Muslim, Christian, Jainist, or any other sort should be abolished, or at least their existence voted upon. If you do not believe that Israel is a theocracy, than you are an idiot. It is not a democracy, it is not a dictatorship, it is not any sort of state, except one that is made by fundamentalist, Jewish right wing extremists.

To separate the racism and nationalism of any nation because of historical events is near sighted, to claim that Jews cannot behave like Nazis because of the holocaust is just blind. The fact that these people are being protected, and are being given money by the most powerful nation on earth, the USA, and are supported and helped by all the European nations, whom they guilt into helping because of despicable acts commited in the past is absolutely insane. Also, Palestine was a country that was easy to take over, their people, disenfranchised, so their land could be sold. The land the Jews of the Bible are talking about is actually located in Ethiopia. The mountains they are mentioning, most likely are in Ethiopia, or somewhere nearby that land. Some people know this, but are not being taken seriously, also, real Jews, the Jews of the Bible are what we today would consider black people. Jacob, Joseph, and a host of other people are specifically mentioned as being black skinned, and Samson has three strands of hair that cover his entire head, which to me sound like dreadlocks. It is true that anyone can have dreads (I got ‘em), but we only see it being ritually used in African cultures, also, in some nomadic nations who have probably seen it during their travels.

I know, this is a lot of info, and I did not present any evidence for it really, but if you are interested in it, we can discuss. Also, some of these are my personal opinion, and must be evaluated as such, I just hope you can come to conclusions that will make sense for you.

As for me, to answer the first few questions, I do believe that albeit there is no objective moral code, there is something universal and visceral and bestial about ethics. Certain things we have a gut feeling of ‘bad’, or ‘wrong’, and it is present in any culture, such things are murder, rape, genocide, taking more than what one needs, leaving people to starve, etc, etc. That these things happen in every culture is unimportant, because we as humans want bad things to happen, and precisely our gut feelings and visceral reactions are the sort of thing that make us want to do them, to experience ‘bad’ and ‘wrong’. That there are eicts about these things in every culture is all the proof I need. We must reach the lowest common denominator, something we all can agree upon, and make a universal law, a simple one, that applies top everyone. Writing it down and specifying it is of no use, because we need to iinternalize it, and indeed, we already have. I believe all of us work off of the same principles. I believe we all know wrong when we see it. So I guess I do have beliefs.

Issues

So yeah, a month has passed, I moved out of the ghetto, I now live in the suburbs, so I did not post. At least I am posting now. Marci, man, that kid still has not posted, although he has school and all that shit. It's some drawing and being an artist thing, I wish I had those skills, but i do not, all I can do is play a half decent blast beat, and fuck around on this blog, so I am green with envy. And apparently move to the suburbs. Also, I am gonna be gone for 40 days and 40 nights, the only time in the year I have a set schedule, working the christmass market, as I tend to do every year, and if Marci don't post then, Ima have his balls for earrings. If you wanna meet me in person, why not come down to the London christmass market in Hyde park, I'm the guy selling all of the neat-o Hungarian folk motiff bags, all cow leather, all handmade, and all that shit.
So, I am gonna do this like many other blogs do, most notably Damaging Noise, and just have the title, the info, and the link. Whaddaya say??? I know, no rant, but I am so tired, man. Next week Ima rant and rave and carry on as well. It's gonna be holocaust realted, sure to offend everyone, left and especially right wingers, but you know, I aim to please. But I have to get drunk and put myself in the aggressive psycho headspace first.

Magus- Ruminations Of Debauchery
1991 death metal that makes 90% of today's death metal seem slow, poorly written, not that well executed and way over produced. Good recording quality, murky and misty, hard to hear the low ends. The vocals are insanely low, barked shouts, but really rude and sorta like Kataklysm. The drumming is what takes this though, insanely fast blast beats, and it just sounhds like he is having the easiest time on earth, no effort what so ever, just speed and the blast beats are louder than everything else, so, you know its good.
Underrated fucking classic.


VA- Total Scum Noise Shit Attack (Warstate, Spacegrinder, DxIxE, congenital haemmorhoids)
So, this was on the Psychotherapy traidng list for quiet some time, and I wanted to get it, too, and in 2006 oktober, I walked around with their distro list printed out, just so I can think about what to get. Anyway, I wanted this one, but did not end up getting it, and now, I downloaded it through a Russian forum for "extreme" music. This is some of the bets fucking shit that was made in 2004, seriously, raw grind and noise at its finest, I mean, other than Congenital Haemmorhoids, who fucking suck, this is like perfect. DxIxE, being a noisy raw japanese grindcore band, are one of my favorites anyway, and I will post some of their shit at one point, if I did not already, its really superb, almost Gore Beyond Necropsy like. Almost. Warstate is crusty grind, who play lots of d-beat, lo-fi, grind as fuck too, kinda on the slow side in comparisson to the other bands, but hella good. And Spacegrinder play a very good noise track on here called "Extermination", it's like, nice and spacey in the beggining and degenerates into just harsh PE shit, and the end there is copious screaming and growling. I really like this. So will you.

Insect Warfare/ The Kill split tape
Very hard to get a hold of, this tape is 47 seconds long. The Insect Warfare side is 17 seconds, and is really, really good, for a 17 second tape. It does what it is supposed to. The Kill side, also good. What can you really say about a tape that is 47 seconds long? It has a cool cover, too.

Vaccine- Demo tape
Do not know anythign about this, downloaded it, it was up on a bunch fo blogs, 5 songs, 2:12 in length, apparently power violence, almost just noise, more like grind to me, but it is super hardcore like, so I guess, if the glove fits....Very good, very noisy, very up on everyone else's blog too, but you like ours, so, get it from us. I dunno who plays in this or what, but it fucking rules. I needed a couple of listens to get my head around this one, it all just happened so quickly....

Genocide/Sorto
This was also taken from a blog, it was up on that guy who thought Kuolema was the bets band ever's blog, the Finnish guy ho agve a list of all of the Finnish punk band's names and what they meant...you know, that blog. I forget the name, which is a shame cuz I got this and two Kuolema early live shows off of him, which has been a great addition to my time and brain cell, also social standing murdering addiction to fast noisy music. There are no blast beats on this one. I know, getting soft. But it is really fucking fast, Genocide are like a thrash band, but mixed with d-beat, really catchy, nothing new, but played ever so fucking well, this band really does rule. Sorto are like a noise-crust band, totally incoherently played, sorta like early Kuolema in that sense, with typical Finnish vocals, you know, Donald Duck on crack. Hard to listen to, but well worth it for the Geno-side, hahahaha. Seriously, old band, great music, good speed, catchy licks, good lyrics, everything about it is good.

Vodka Soap- Shadow Watcher Levitations
This was given to me by Marci, and it is something new for this blog. It is a drone, atmospheric noise thing, very dark and evil, spoooooky, and all that shit. Great to lsten to while you are doing something else, like smoking weed. The word "atmospheric" gets thrown aorund a bunch, and is generally code word for incoherent, boring, non-sensical garbage, but in this case, I feel like it is very adequate. This does in fact create an atmosphere, one of being watched and of lurking around in the shadows with murderous intent. It is very abrasive to listen to, the frequencies do not really remind me of music at all. That being said, it is not harsh, per say, although it definitely is not mellow or soft. Just throwing it out there, the cover is good too, it reflects the atmosphere of this album perfectly. It contains two long ass tracks. Give it a whirl, see how you feel about it.

Intense Agonizing- Necrobiosis split
Intense Agonizing were a Hungarian death/grind band, and they apparently had like the most cult following anyone could ask for. When they broke up, after the last gig, the lights came on, and the kids in the room just looked at each other and did not know what to do next. Become Napalm Death fans?? Stop listening to grind? Stop listening to metal? Some of them did this, some of them that, but that particular bond of the underground was broken. I am told about all of this second hand, as I am too young to have seen it with my own eyes. So this is a little piece of history, people just playing what they thought sounded cool.

MAKE UP POST

Whats up, folks? It's been a while since my last post, and Marci was not helping me out here at all, and I had a million things to do. Raisng a kid, playing in like 88888 bands, had some gigs, have an upcoming gig with Melt Banana, which should be fun, its in this ritzy ass place, too. Never thought I would play such a ritzy ass place with my crust/grind band, or any other band, really. But whatevs, business will be taken care of, asses will be handed back to people on silver plates, and I'm gonna get to see Melt Banana. That's pretty good. (Since I wrote this, another week has passed).


So instead of boring you with the trivial details of my life, let me begin my 3-part apology by first saying that I think you are a wonderful human being. Secondly, I appreciate that you come to this piece of siht blog, to listen to my and Marci's crappy music, hear our rantings and ravings and carryings on, be insulted, and still come back for more, but I guess that's what people like you are into. Thirdly, I'm gonna make it up to you. Why don't you slip on out of them clothes, if you're wearing any, relax, and listen to this shit I gotta say. Yeah, you like that, don't you? Who is your favorite blog?? Whaddaya mean KTGA????

So, on to the music.


This first thing is Count Basie, the perfect make up music. It's called a portrait of Count Basie, but it does not have his best shit on here. This man played music actively and recorded shit for more than 30 years. All of it swing, but, wait, I don't like that shit either, but give this a listen. It will make you feel good. Touch right where you need to be touched.....mmmm....yeah, like that.

I like to post a bunch of different kins of blast beats, to satisfy a wide array of your filthy perversions. Here is some really weird shit from Italy, called Corporal Raid, they call themselves xenomorphological goregrind, its pretty twisted shit. Its like, teched out riffs played really sloppy, with the drummer playing extra fucking fast blastbeats, but so fast he cant keep up with himself. For those times you like it fast and weird and sloppy. Which I know you do.



Anyways, this is for that dark side of you. This is the best that death metal gets. It just does not get any better. This is slow, granted, but really painful. Sound quality is not abysmal, but it's not good, not by a long shot. Might be my favorite death metal record of all time. Corpse Molestation is the name of this band, and Descension Of A Darker Deity, the name of the tape. Now learn it, slave.

For those of you suffering with premature ejaculation problems, here is this little number. It's all around the blogosphere, it is called Cogs and Sprockets, apparently it is a one man band, and none fo the songs n this demo are longer than like 25 seconds. They are all pretty cool though, kind of a novelty twist. For the premature and restless.

And for those tomes you like to get it rammed up there as fast as possible, with as little bullshit as possible, here is my favorite drummer playing with Brodequin, this one is called Festival Of Death, and it is fucking awesome, you know you need it.
If you also like to be verbally abused while at it, this is Cancer Kids 'The Possible Dream' and its a bunch of guys really, really making fun of hardcore and crust and grind people. Pretty ballsy, considering peiople have been stabbed for saying a lot les sthan this, and the music is like fucking absolutley awesome, super fast, super fucked up, neat little twists, waiting for the breakdown, too. Git it.
Bestial Raids. That is the name of a polish black metal band. In this context, it can be a euphamism for geting the dog in on it too. I have a demo I downloaded from undisclosed sources, it is raw and hateful and really like war/black stuff, and the album I own, check out the artwork, it folds out into a poster, there are like chains and gasmasks and shit involved, and there are like slogans to chant on the inside, about spirit flesh and entity. Not even kidding. Neither are they.
This is the album, this is the demo.
So the next one is also my personal rip, it is the Carcass Grinder/Fuck On The Beach split 7", and thank god I have a cd-r version, cuz I still can't rip vinyl. This is truly a master piece, CG are one of the most underrated awesome grind bands, if you liek grind, and you dont know em, or just dont have this one, do yourself a favor and get fucked. No songtitles included, pretty anonymous, dont you think? And while we are at Japanese things, here is more weird japanese shit, I got it off burning japan blog, it is the split between Poison Cola, and Blood Feast. It is sort of melodic, more punked out than anything else on this blog, and it is an absolute rager. I am only including it, cuz I heard you liek asians.
And sometimes you gotta do it for your friends. The band made me promise that I would not post this, but I will. They have a different singer now, they are a metal band, they play thrash. Metal guys. Gotta love em. This one is Concrete, firstd emo caleld Screaming Avenger. Headbanger.
Now a word form the classics. Mostly Hungarian folk I know, they dont know about Assück. I wanna correct that right now, right here. and give you their two best, Anticapital Blindspot and also, Misery Index. Yes, probably thats where they got the name. The band I mean.
Best US grindcore?? Maybe so, definitely the one I have heard the most, its like them, or Discordance Axis or Insect Warfare. If Cellgraft keep it up, they shall also be added to the list. And also, In Disgust, but first, Assück. They played in the nineties, and they rule, forever.

This is some Hungarian folk music involving flutes. Thats kinda sexy, there are girls singing in em, all the songs are about like sex and death and social issues. It sounds like the descirption of a death metal album, but it isn't. NOt much to say, this shit rules, fi you dont like folk music, then fuck you.
Monotonous black metal. The split between Conqueror and Black Witchery, two newer school classics, they are both really awesome, one of them doesnt exist anymore, became Revenge and the other one is like, sort of in disarray. Conqueror is like chaotic and non-stop blasting, and Black Witchery is like fastcore tempo, and super duper monotonous. But its really soothing and relaxing, and really, really harsh, I always smoke weed to this one.
This next one I got off of am i mean? blog, the home of fast hardcore. This is some fats, psychotic german hardcore. Apparently it sone of his faves, and I see why. He does not seem to be updating lately, look whos talking, but he used to be super diligent, I hope everything is good with him. This Chorea and Asmodinus Leichtenhaus split EP. Its fucking good.
And this last one is Dismember's first demo. Few people know I like them, I am in love with their demos, although I do appreciate the later shit too. BUt this demo has the sickest vocalist, and in typical swedish fashion, they fuck everything up, become more melodic and kick the most talented guy, the singer, out of the band. He was fucking sick. The vocals are liek ghosts having sex, shrieking and cawing and weird the whole way through, lots of effects maybe, although I dont think so, definitely shit tons of reverb, though. Do it.

Black Metal, eh???

Since Marci posted about black metal last, I figured i'd run with it, and make it black metal week, for black metal geeks, here at the shrine of blast beat. I am not gonna post any of this new wave of black "metal" or black noise, or call it what the fuck you want. I am not such a big fan of it. I think it is well done musically, but in the end, its kind of just a joke. Black metal was, after all, metal. So I am gonna post what I think is good, and recent, or just needs mention.

First up is Proclamation from Spain, the least black metal place I can think of besides, like, Portugal, or Costa Rica. They play war metal, sounds like Blasphemy but with better riffs, and even sloppier. This is atrociously played, make no mistake, but the riffage is awesome, the sound and atmosphere are nailed right fuckin on. I have two of their CDs, and they just released a third one which looks exactly like the first two. Logo, black background, and a demonic skull with horns of some sort. Clearly these guys know and understand the importance of keeping it real. This second CD, pictured above, shows somewhat improved musical skills, although not really, and is more bestial, more war metal like than the first. The sound is somewhat crisper, but its still mysterious sounding, though.

GRAB IT HERE.

This is their first one, Advent Of The Black Omen. It is sloppier than their second, and the sound is super mysterious, cool ritualistic intros, non-stop mid-tempo blasts, every riff is blasting, its kinda funny, actually, but I really am fond of this record. It is played terribly, and is terribly primitive, but in a good sense. Its refreshing, and fucking down right evil, hateful, malignant and belligerent in a number of ways. The sound is just so fucking good.

RIGHT HERE, BUDDY.

Next up is Holland's answer to the Svarte Sirkel crap, this is Bestial Summoning, and if you dont know them, and you like classic black metal, you are missing out big time. Contemporary to all of those church burning alcoholics in the North, these boys had the same idea, mimcked it off of the black metal scene, but did it better than 99% of them viking folk. This shit fucking rules, the vocals are absolutely tortured. In fact, when a friend of mine lent this to me, the first I heard was 'The Dark War Has Begun', I swore the vocals had effects on them. So he sent me their 'Live In Vernay' stuff as well, and I must say I was wrong. I included both of them in the same zip, so you should not have trouble ith that. A good way to judge a band is to look at their logo......

Holy shit, a demonic goat, a half moon, and 666, all in the same logo???? Also an inverted pentagram? Shit all they are lacking is an up turned crucifix, and we would be in business. Also, take a look at this frontman. When was the last time YOU had sais as part fo your stage performance, huh, asshole?

That is classic black metal stuff, skinny, geeky white kid with face paint and sais. This is what its fucking about, not this avantgarde black noise stuff. Although I actually do like that stuff too. Its just taking yourself seriosuly, I never liked that about black metal. Anyway, aweosme music for you, RIGHT HERE, BUDDY.

This next one is actually sick, it is very difficult to listen to, and disturbing on a level that very few things in general tend to be. This is one of those albums where, after listening to it, I felt ridiculously depressed and totally disassociated from everything. It had a very profound effect on me, it made me feel useless, miserable, a waste of time, and that nothing matters, and everything sucks. I believe that is the purpose of black metal, and this stuff achieves it, even if it is not quiet straight up black metal. It has elements of doom/sludge, black metal, grindcore, death metal, dark ambient, power electronics/noise, and is the sort of music you could not play outside of a studio, ever. This was also posted on Cephalochromoscope, but this is my rip of the CD, which was generously lent ot me by Alex of Krupskaya, who likes this kind of crap.

This last one I am sure is suppossed to be taken very seriously and is supposed to be very insightful and revelatory, I think it is just the funniest shit ever. Called black drone by followers of this pathetic genre, it is just noise, of the intellectual variety, not harsh, just bowed chellos and double basses, and low frequencies with a guy mumbling half intelligible stuff over it. Wolfmangler are quiet fun to listen to, and they have this werid wolf concept going on with their band. Its fairly awesome. Absolutely no drums at all on this one, nipping the possibility of blast beats in the bud. LAUGH YOUR ASS OFF.

some people could say black metal is dying and getting evolved into something hybrid. or you can already say black metal is dead. i dont want to rant about the whole fuckin history of black metal, if you dont know it, shame on you, dont tell anyone, use wikifuckinpedia.
since ildjarn's punky black metal albums were revisited by some, it became popular to play and listen to really raw and noise black metal for some reason, which im happy for, because i cant stand slow and flowing black metal that much long (okay, flowing black metal with barely fast tempos are ok).
i didnt like usbm before i met the term 'youth attack black metal'. since mark mccoy loves noisy black metal, he started to release some really nice records and tapes from bands you dont know shit about.altho i hate the silly term 'YABM', i use it, cause its nice to label things, aint it?
so back to this amazing band full of beautiful men. theyre from california, and had bands like NAZI DUST and DIVISIONS, which i both love. this is pretty much all i know about this band, beside that theyre awesome. their stuff is all around the internet, you can find their demos on every notable black metal/black noise/ya hardcore blog, so its not a big deal that ive posted them i think, altho i felt the need to do so. my instincts told me, you know. so, feed upon my actual favourite new black metal punk band's three demos.

also, heres a nice little compilation simply called PRIMITIVE NORTH AMERICA. it is actually a podcast, which features bands from these times from north america (how ironic), only really noise and raw punky black metal shit. the cover is one of the best artworks ive ever seen, im fully all over these kinda stuff, hahaha... features bands like BONE AWL, ARTS, HAXAN, DEATH'S GRINNING HEAD, etc. just perfect.
